Please call 302-323-2330 if you have an electric or water emergency.
If the emergency is between the hours of 4:00pm to 7:30am, you will be prompted to leave a message. The message will go to the on-call operations personnel who will dispatch crews to address the issue. There will be an attempt to return your call and advise you of the status. If the emergency affects numerous customers the call back may be delayed in addition you may get a busy signal until the phone lines open up and make it possible for another voice message to be recorded.
Be rest assured your call is being addressed by the emergency crews.
