The Municipal Services Commission (MSC) is the Electric and Water Utility serving the City of New Castle, Delaware. The MSC is searching for a Comptroller with non-profit/government accounting experience. The successful candidate will have experience in financial statement preparation and analysis, payroll/human resource functions, budget preparation and leadership skills. Knowledge of government administration, utility management and regulatory requirements is a plus. The Comptroller will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or related field) with 5+ years of experience. CPA preferred but not required. Competitive wages and attractive benefit package.
