ATTENTION CUSTOMERS: WATER METER READINGS

The radio transmitters on water meters installed inside homes have reached the end of their service life and are starting to fail. This means that MSC may not be able to obtain a meter reading remotely. MSC will contact customers affected by this issue and request either the customer provide the meter reading from a meter or schedule an appointment with an operator so they can obtain the readings. Door hangers will also be left on affected homes reminding customers to call their reading in or schedule an appointment. Due to supply chain issues MSC is not able to obtain new radio transmitters to replace the failing ones. This is expected to be a continuing and growing issue for the next several months. We appreciate customer’s understanding and patience as we work through this issue.
