The MSC of the City of New Castle, in partnership with the Delaware Municipal Electric Corporation (DEMEC), is excited to announce our annual Earth Day Raffle! This year’s winner will receive a gift certificate to Ronny’s Garden World to choose a tree or shrub of their choice valued up to $89.98 plus delivery. One winner will be chosen after Earth Day, April 22nd.
