NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE 

MUNICIPAL SERVICES COMMISSION

A special meeting of the Municipal Services Commission will be held Wednesday, May 04, 2016 at 5:00 P.M. at the Commission’s office at 216 Chestnut Street, City of New Castle.

The meeting agenda is to review the acquisition from Delmarva Power for the ability to serve electric at the Penn Farm Produce Stand and the Amendment to the MSC Pension Plan with the Summary of Material Modification.
